OPı.GPIO instaling error

a few days ago i made a post about how can i use my gpıo pins in the orange pı 3 lts with opi.gpıo some one send me this link "https://github.com/eutim/OPI.GPIO/blob/main/README.md" and i saw it and try to install it but when i get to the part where i type "sudo python setup.py install" it gives me a error saying error: command 'aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc' failed with exit status 1 i am using orange pi 3 lts i would me very happy if some one can help me
