Orange Pi Zero schematic error

We have been having a problem with some Orange Pi Zero where the temperature on parts of the PCB sometimes goes over 100ºC.

There is most likely a design error with the power regulators.

We have been trying to identify it in the hopes of getting a resolution, but then we found another issue.

The available schematic is schematic orange_pi-zero-v1_11.pdf.


This schematic is very far from the real board, for example regulator U5 is missing from the board. Regulator U4 (SY8008B), should be marked ABxyz but it is marked AI7H1.


Is it possible to obtain a real schematic for the orange pi zero?

No schematic error.
In a board of this size, one should not expect large power dissipation, this is obvious.
Overheating happens due to software settings. On different firmware this board behaves differently, on some it gets very hot, on some everything is fine.
