Orange Pi 5\5B\5Plus (RK3588s) H264\265, AV1 video decoding fix on Android

All official Android firmware for Orange Pi 5\5B\5Plus has problems with decoding h264\265 video and green artifacts when watching IPTV.

This problem has already been solved for RK3588s. Firmware from Mo123 on this forum, as an example.

When will Orange release new official firmware for Orange Pi 5\5B\5Plus with h264\265, AV1 video decoding fix?
