How To Debug TTL Uart On Stock Android

I'm trying to connect usb to ttl cable to OrangePi plus 2e which is running stock android for adb access with no success, During boot load time I do receive boot message but suddenly start to receiving meaning less contents and unable to send anything.

I would appreciate your help in advance.

I am not sure whether it is suitable for you or not, but you could have a try first.
