I had problem with YouTube. Unable to play video in YouTube. It says connectivity issue and asks to  ...

unfortunatelly google changes things breaking backward compatibility. you have 2 options:
1/ update gservices and yt app - bad idea if you have less than 1GB of ram (or lots of apps running)
2/ use stock browser and open yt page there - with proper config (preferably disabling caching)

Hi, I installed h3droid on to an Orange Pi one, but seemed to experience lots of slow down due to H3droid reading/writing to SD card, even when no apps were running the LED indicated SD card activity for 5 - 10 minutes after booting. I think this is caused by lack of RAM for Android to run and so it is having to use SD card as swap, So I decided Orange Pi one did not have enough RAM for my requirements so I am going to purchase an Orange Pi PC instead with 1GB memory and see if this is better with Android.

Are there any plans to support newer versions of Android on Orange Pi? As Android 4.4 is quite old now and I think soon some apps will require newer Android version to install.

1/ first boot always takes longer due to db initialization, odexes creation etc
2/ you didnt mention, but it's strongly discouraged to enable gapps/gms updates (even on 1gb/2gb boards), due to higher resources usage
3/ with proper app selection you can get smooth android even with 512M of ram (beware of things that run in background and/or access disk a lot)
4/ high 4k block random r/w sdcard is recommended (class a1/a2)
5/ h3droid based on nougat is in the works but put on hold due to technical problems (and lack of time/motivation)
6/ h3droid based on kitkat is quite usable, stable, slim and fast (just dont install everything and know what you are doing.
7/ one idea i havent tested yet is having /data partition on fast ssd. but again, lack of time.
