Power Led is down

Hi folks,

Got 2 orange pi zeros, and they are both down.
When I give them power, they start working, their ethernet leds are blinking but the power led, (green one) never works.

I changed SD card, changed burned image, I waited for days but not a single changing. Can you help me?

You can use UART port & usb-ttl converter.
You can know what has happened.

boud rate is 115200bps.
