Thanks zgoda
I dont have a config.gz in /proc but dmesg is giving me

[    4.007385] sunxi_wdt_init_module: sunxi WatchDog Timer Driver v1.0
[    4.019764] sunxi_wdt_probe: devm_ioremap return wdt_reg 0xf1c20ca0, res->start 0x01c20ca0, res->end 0x01c20cbf
[    4.031125] sunxi_wdt_probe: initialized (g_timeout=16s, g_nowayout=0)
[    4.049212] wdt_enable, write reg 0xf1c20cb8 val 0x00000000
[    4.060848] timeout_to_interv, line 167
[    4.070532] interv_to_timeout, line 189
[    4.080130] wdt_set_tmout, write 0x000000b0 to mode reg 0xf1c20cb8, actual timeout 16 sec

so hopefully its actually working.
Now to get the watchdog daemon cooperating with it.

Tested AP mode, works good using create_ap method.

Before using, install some packages:

You have to load appropriate module if it is not compiled into kernel:

$ sudo modprobe configs

How can we compile kernel modules when using loboris' jesse image? I would love to be able to compile some specific netfilter modules and load them using modprobe but I dont know how to compile kernel modules for the orange pi - PC

Running into an issue with DNScrypt-proxy and it seems to be pointing towards kernel related. see here: http://www.orangepi.org/orangepi ... &fromuid=151571

I've used the firmware update function in DietPi and the problem still persists.
