I want to record sound using Orange Pi Zero. I connected MIC1PIN in single header in Orange Pi Zero and GND to my mic(I'm using simple mic which is used for arduino). Aplay works fine, but when I tried to execute arecord it gives an error.
  1. root@orangepizero:~# arecord -Dhw:0 -f cd test2.wav
  2. Recording WAVE 'test2.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo
  3. arecord: pcm_read:2103: read error: Input/output error
Copy code
When I execute arcord -l I got this,
root@orangepizero:~# arecord -l    **** List of CAPTURE Hardware Devices ****    card 0: Codec [H3 Audio Codec], device 0: CDC PCM Codec-0 []      Subdevices: 1/1      Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
How can I sort this out? Thanks!
I use this kind of mic.
