cannot boot up to UI, before this I used apt-get remove

helloworld

OrangePi 3, Ubuntu 16.04

I used apt-get remove to remove some old package and install new package.
Then I got error like
    "error while processing keyboard configuration"
     "Cannot set LC_ALL"




To fix above error, I modified some  locale file, then restart my orangepi, it hangs on boot up screen, after 5 minutes, it switched to command line mode automatically.


Does anyone encounter the same error, what's your solution? Thanks in advance.
