Orange Pi 4G-IOT ADB not working

Hello. I'm trying to connect Orange Pi 4G-IOT to the computer via ADB but it does not work. Removing J5 does not solve a problem.
Executing lsusb on the host machine does not show any additional device when it is plugged in. Tried this on Android 6 and Android 8 ROM's.
What's the problem?

Enable USB debugging in settings. Sometimes it needs usb reconnecting and drops connection easilly. J5 needs to be removed.
