to the fex file and interchanged script.bin using a script I've written the last minutes: http://pastebin.com/5GLU7FgV
Then installed fbset and added
fbset "1024x768-60"
Copy code
to /etc/rc.local. Now I get 1024x768 on my display (its native resolution is 2560x1600), but the HDMI resolution still seems to be 1920x1080 and colors look a bit strange:
sorry i cant test it anymore, because my hdmi is also dead
I have tried your image, the output is 1280*768. It seems the 1280 cannot be changed to 1024, maybe is is because HDMI supported resolution is 1280*720, there is not 1024*xxx supported in HDMI spec. Any idea?
Thanks!
well, maybe its because of hdmi2dvi...
with my hdmi2vga adapter its definitly working with this kernel...
what is the value for pll_video in your script.fex?
try setting it to
pll_video = 432
Copy code
or try setting it to
pll_video = 260
Copy code
i cant remember :-)

Hi Dni:
After change the PLL video to 260, it works ! The orange PI PC can display 1024*768 resolution through the HDMI to DVI converter without any issue. Is it the PLL video equals to the Pixel clock*4 such as 1024*768's pixel clock is 65, so the PLL_video is 65*4=260?
Really appreciated your help! Thanks a lot!
