Do CSI ports in RK3399 support data aggregation?

A HDMI-CSI converter like Toshiba TC358840 can separate HDMI data to two CSI ports. Do CSI ports in RK3399 support data aggregation? In the other words, can RK3399 combine data from two CSI ports into one single image? Thanks a lot.
