Problem with android on Orange Pi Lite

On the flash drive recorded android 4.4 during operation there is a failure that deletes the configuration files that were copied not mediocre to the Orange Pi Lite microSD card from the usb flash drive. If the operating system fails, it returns to the original OS. How can I fix it so that additional configuration files are not deleted?
