Hello,

sorry my last thread did go tits up and before posting it somehow other text was pasted over it and it was just posted

I am building for fun kind of smarthouse, we all seen start trek and I guess I try to replicate something from there . I do have raspberry, cubieboard, banana, odroid and now orange . They all have their part to fill. Except orange, it's new .

I have few ideas for orange so I have few questions

I want to ask about kodi and orange pi 2 (mini I think ... I do have wifi on it but I thought I ordered the most basic version without wifi). Is kodi running ? Is GPU drivers working ? And is there framebuffer version of Kodi for orange ?
I want orange to take over media center job from odroid c1. Is there readu binary package for kodi ? or is it all kind of compile yourself but everything is working ?

for my smarthouse thingy I use Gordon's wiringPi libraries heavily (with gcc). have somebody ported wiringPi to orange ? is it on the way ?
the reason I ask this is that I plan to hook up couple of dht22 sensors and program I use to get data from dht22 is based on wiringPi. I have some program running on all platforms .

you can take a look at my project at torch.bumpclub.ee
please mind that I havent updated blog for quiet some time, never have time to write really . Also please do not abuse it, I havent thought of security yet ... I still building it, security is something that will come last I think
you can turn on and off ventilation system and my tablelight, if you do please leave them in state they were and please no flashing the light in middle of night
