OrangePi Zero 4 is equipped with the powerful Allwinner A733 high-performance processor. It adopts a dual-core Cortex-A76 + six-core Cortex-A55 architecture with a maximum clock speed of 2.0GHz. It integrates the Imagination PowerVR BXM-4-64 GPU and a 3 TOPS NPU, and supports LPDDR5/LPDDR4X/LPDDR4 memory (up to 16GB). The board comes with onboard eMMC storage (up to 32GB) or UFS storage (up to 128GB), along with a Gigabit Ethernet port and Wi-Fi 6 + BT 5.4. For video output, it provides Mini HDMI 2.0 (4K@60fps) and a Type-C @DP1.4 interface (with built-in DP output) for connecting to high-definition displays.

In terms of interfaces, the Zero 4 offers dual MIPI CSI camera interfaces, a 16Pin FPC (PCIe 3.0 & USB 3.1), a 13Pin expansion header (USB2.0, I2C, UART, PWM, I2S (Digital Audio Input/Output), TWI Digital MIC, IR receiver, GPIO), a 26Pin GPIO（I2C、UART、PWM、SPI、GPIO）, as well as a dedicated RJ45 Ethernet port and Type-C (supporting USB 3.1 + eDP/DP). With dimensions of 50mm × 55mm — smaller than a business card — it still delivers full desktop-class development capabilities.

Orange Pi Zero 4 is a well-balanced and powerful pocket rocket. While maintaining the Zero series’ compact size and high cost-performance ratio, its configuration of “high-performance CPU + 3 TOPS NPU + 4K display + Gigabit networking + rich interfaces” expands its use cases from basic maker and educational projects to mid-to-high-end applications that demand more in multimedia, networking, and AI computing power.
