Best OrangePi as internet radio player?

I am going to use Orange pi as an internet radio player, what Orange pi device would be the best choce for me?
My idea is to install VLC as a player software, connect external speaker and use Orange pi as a player, nothing more.
Curently I am considering Orange Pi zero 2, but it does not have 3.5 mm jack, so I can not connect speakers into it directly.
On the other hand even on RaspberryPi4 the sound I get from 3.5mm jack is awful, I have to use extenral USB sound card to get acceptable sound quality.
Can I use Orange Pi zero 2 as a player? Does it support external USB soundcards? Any other advice on using this device as a player?
Is Orange Pi 4 LTS (that has 3.5mm jack) sound outptut quality acceptable, if yes maybe it ie better get OrangePi4 other that Pi 2 Zero?
