Lubuntu booting issue ?

I tried to boot with Lubuntu, it can boot, but took a long time
any clues ?
And why  I need to connect Uart always for booting ? Do I need 1.7mm DC connector to boot without UART ?

Get Armbian and you will have a fast and lean boot. In any case, get some solid SD card. It can make a huge difference.
