I think FusionAnt has had mistake something (polarity, short,... ) when it connected battery

Don't think it was polarity since the connector was soldered on with no way to connect the battery backwards, and it did actually show signs of working.
Just when it did stop there was a bit of a spark when connecting the battery, one of the LEDs flashed and then nothing.
