Hi all. I pre-ordered an Orange Pi 5 with 8 GB of memory and enjoyed it for 4 months. However, the mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped working. I restarted the board, but the problem was not solved. Later I found out that the USB and Type-C ports do not work. While everything else works. I connected to the board remotely and found the following on the system:
root@orangepi5:~# lsusb
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 008 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 007 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
root@orangepi5:~#

That is, everything should be in order and probably a software problem. Flashing the SPI didn't help. How can I solve it?
