How can play 1080p movie smoothly in OPI PC or OPI LITE

Hi
Dear all
I am using OrangePi PC and OrangePi Lite.
I'm developing multimedia project.
I use Gstreamer1.0
It's OK 720p movie.
If the movie,1080p, not smooth.
Other application, Gnome-Mplayer, can play so good.

So..I think
it's not device fault.
my application is require to modify for 1080p.
But I don't know how can I do.

Please Help me!
Example or how can i do:
Gstreamer pipline for 1080p in orange pi pc or orange pi lite
How can I do smoothly play 1080p movie.

Use Armbian, 1080p is perfectly smooth with (preinstalled) mpv player.

But I want to use gstreamer.
I'm using Gstreamer1.0 python binding for customize player.
So...
How can I do and can I have sample pipeline for 1080p smoothly

You will need to recompile it from sources. According to quick google search "gstreamer vdpau sunxi" it should go but I never did it.
