2 USB ports only works

Actual I use the Bananian OS.
I see, that only 2 USB works correctly. On second 2 USB where is no voltage, like it was cut out.
I not found any defects on the board.
Is it some software or configuration problem?

Bananian is developed for banana pi and (at least according to the bananian web site) only supports banana pi flavours and one or two other boards, but no mentioning of the orange pi.

I suspect the device tree from the bananian kernel only mentions two usb ports (logically as banana only has two usb ports.

Didn't test yet if fedora supports all four ports (I only used the top two until now).

Bananian need modify configure for orange pi.
