You are prompted at first boot or by running h3disp utility later on. As root. Most recent builds has this function built into armbian-config.
BTW. Armbian is clean Debian OS with support.
Desktop images come with preinstalled Chromium.

when i do that my screen has like a transparent green over the whole os its like green 60 percent alpha over laying for orange pi one but it does change the res :/ and please add wifi for orange pi one as well.

nvm I got h3disp working you can change the res fine, something I typed wrong made it green I guess

There is no onboard wifi on One. https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-one/ Scroll down and you will see a lot of compatible and tested adaptors. All you need to do is to order one of them.

yeah figures, that why I am getting the lite or maybe a tx rx chip for it, hey the armbian is looking good so far here is my setup, I am porting my game to work smooth on the pi for armbian:
