Root Password for first boot not match!

I downloaded the Ubuntu desktop image histed on the orangepi.org website. The download page reports: root password orangepi; user orangepi password orangepi. I connect to the Orangepi Pc 2 (H5) via putty and remmina (both SSH). The board responds with both media and only for the orangepi user. If I try to connect to it with ROOT it tells "access denied"! The password for the root user should be orangepi, not?

Is it account at root, and password at 1234?

ssh does not open root login

Root login is disabled on SSH by default but not in Armbian.
