Some months ago the microSD socket on my OPI-PC detached itself from the board while i was inserting a card.
At first i fixed it with some insulating tape, and the microsd slot was still working fine.
Yesterday I've tried fixing it with some superglue, and now the microsd slot isn't working at all!
I've put very little glue only on the 4 feet of the socket.
Some pics:

Do you think i have to remove the glue as it is insulating something it shouldn't?
Can i check some contacts with a multimeter?

Find a solder and fix it as must be. Your SD socket has lost "ground".

Seems like the SD card slot was damaged. Is there any possible to change another SD card slot by yourself?

Most probably there is glue inside the socket that is isolating at least 1 contact.
If you try to exchange the socket, you have to clean very well the superglue. In contact with the heated tip of the soldering iron will result in toxic fumes that can cause severe damage to your eyes.
