Aqui atualizei um orangepi plus e acendeu led verde e piscou vermelho
depois apagou os 2 led
ai apertei botao power ao lado de jack e alimentacão e tudo ok

I have tried it just for fun on my pi plus and it "works".
Should work in orange PI PC too.
The first How to I found:
How To write android images on microSDcard

and don't forget 8GB Class10 microSDcard possible sandisk or other quality manufacturer.
Boards:
orangepi plus, olinuxino A20, cubieboard A10, mele A2000 .....

1. What kind of microsdcard you uses
2. What kind of monitor you use
3. What kind of power supply you uses

on Orange Pi PC, using linux:
1. use this file OPI_android_linuxinst.tar.gz from https://mega.nz/#F!09cD2LhZ!xnhXgvAQk4tojR6bRyDFqA  
2. use this method http://www.orangepi.org/orangepi ... &fromuid=144740
3. works - ethernet, 1 usb

Other versions from (http://www.orangepi.org/orangepi ... p;extra=&page=1):
1. opi2_lobo_Android.img.xz - starts, boots - no ethernet,
2. opi2_lobo_Android_v2.img.xz, opi2_lobo_Android_v3.img.xz - starts, boots, hungs on "Smart your life"

I'm with a lot of effort ...
8GB sd card class 10  end after several times to format (sdformter) and Phoenixcard setup.
-Card reader build on laptop..   with usb card reader burn was unsuccessful.
during burning metod with Phenixcard ap. several times was error.(I do not know why?!?!)
Android working on orangepi PC.Kodi also etc..
factory language Ch it is not difficult to change it..
woks LAN, wifi, keyboard and mouse.
