Hi there, I have tried copying the image in Windows and Linux.  When I insert the card into the pi a ...

I only have Orange Plus here and the red light come up when kernel loads, so little later as well ethernet lights.I have no idea how leds are operating on other boards but system should boot if you made images correctly.

http://www.armbian.com/documentation/

Just write an image to SD card, nothing else is needed.

We might switch to old stock uboot (if things will work ok) next week so it will be as usuall, with HDMI out and everything.

Yes, we made a lot of progress in last few days

One major issue was also solved - we now have one common kernel for all Oranges. Kernel is soon going to repository (apt.armbian.com) which brings updating via apt-get upgrade. Soon.

Next is configuration expand and fixes.

Will armbian support Orange Pi 2? I think it's the same as Pi PC but with wifi built-in.

It's already supported - we just haven't build the image yet since nobody around has it to test.

Hello, I set the
Debian Jessie, root / 1234
http://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-plus/

on my OPI+. Much to my regret, the Ethernet port is not initialised and I am unable to access the board from outside.
The ethernet module is not loaded and the network LEDs are not blinking.
What should be done to make it run?

dmesg show:
gmac0: eth0 initialize hardware error

At the same time, how could the X-system be brought up?
The startx is not found on this system.

To complete the above experience with OPi+ here is the lsmod output:
[root@karma home]# cat lsmod.160218.txt

gpio_sunxi              8253  0

There is no ethernet module loaded above.
The dmesg shows:

What's wrong?

The full dmesg is could not be fit into this message, but it is available.
