Retroorange is the same as retropi...theres a lot of info at youtube.

The other way to play old consoles is installing the android and using the apps

For retro games, RetroPI is the best but as it's not available currently, you can use Retroorange as @jsepulvw suggested. You can even play idle games like click speed test or kohi click test on the retroorange. But I would like to differ on the suggestion of installing android. Day by day, android builds are getting laggier and literally leave you with low-performance issues.
