kernel update up 3.4.39 OPI Plus

1/ i have a problem with update udev package.

I can't update it because it need a kernel update

1 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 33 non mis à jour.
Il est nécessaire de prendre 853 ko dans les archives.
Après cette opération, 4 981 ko d'espace disque supplémentaires seront utilisés.

2/ How can i do an kernel update ?

when i use the loboris' kernel update script (update_kernel.sh)

all the process is working well then reboot is asked and the following command is asked to applie:

kernel, script.bin and /lib/modules updated, please REBOOT.
AFTER REBOOT RUN:  sudo depmod -a

but when i applie depmod -a , i have this two errors:

depmod: WARNING: could not open /lib/modules/3.4.39/modules.order: No such file or directory
depmod: WARNING: could not open /lib/modules/3.4.39/modules.builtin: No such file or directory

the lastest kernel version for OPI is 3.4.39. Is it working with the latest udev package required (udev_215-17+deb8u2_armhf.deb) ?

3/ my third question is, i used the loboris USB install script (install_to_usb.sh)

i have this message:

Copying file system to USB drive ...

  Creating "fstab"
/usr/bin/install_to_usb.sh: ligne 135: /media/boot/cmdline.txt: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type

and it doesn't work
