wiring library for Orange Pi 3 LTS?

Hi,

1- i'm looking for a wiring library, which supports the internal pull-up/down resistory for input for Orange Pi 3 LTS on Ubuntu Linux.
2- is there any GPIO pin on Orange Pi 3 LTS supporting PWM, for generating tone with a piezo buzzer?

i've tried https://github.com/orangepi-xunlong/wiringOP , which is referenced in the manual, but that doesn't work for above things. Output LEDs can be controlled.

doesn't work at all for Orange Pi 3 LTS:

1. $ gpio readall
   
2. piBoardRev: Unable to determine board revision from /proc/cpuinfo
   
3. -> No "Revision" line
