Openelec Build for OPI PC and 2 now with HW decoding

I have installed OpenELEC-H3.arm-7.0-devel-20160203185101-r22058-g92926ea.img today and it's working just fine over WLAN
Ethernet however is not working..

When I pull the SD card and boot into the Debian installed on the EMMC the ethernet DOES work..

As I am fairly new to Linux I don't know where I can alter/fix this.
plz help..

Actually, from today on, you don't need to build it if you just want 4K resolution. Download newest image and replace script.bin on FAT partition with correct one (all download links are in sticky topic).

Everything seems to be ok, not sure why some keys would not work. Maybe someone else will have some idea. Probably you are not looking forward to configure it again, but maybe it would help. You can delete configuration file with

1. rm /storage/.config/lircd.conf

Could you please integrate the attached patch for the lcdproc which is based on the below link.

https://github.com/wilberforce/lcdproc

This is a very vital and useful patch which addresses a wide spread issue of the multitude of i2d hd44780 lcd backpacks with many different connection schemes. This should have integrated in into the lcdproc codebase long back, but since that codebase is not under active development it is still not.

First you help yourselves by trying one of the linux images and then running the Update_kernel script as mentioned in the linux distro's thread. At this moment you are not even sure if the hardware is OK and if you are supplying enough power to the SATA device etc etc.

If you are not ready to debug then posting at multiple places is not going to get the problem solved.
