I'm unable to boot Orange Pi Mini using Lubuntu image from Orange Pi site (Lubuntu_1404_For_OrangePi_v1_0_0_.img). I'm afraid this is the image only for Orange Pi (not Mini).
As power source, I've already tried the micro USB connected to another computer and USB wall charger of 1.2A output.

Here's the serial output until the moment it freezes:

Any comments/ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,
I think you should try with 5V 2A charger, 1.2A is a little low (and 500mA is definitively not enough)

As I've seen on previous posts, sometimes even 2A is not enough :c But just try 2A

Because PMU  AXP200 limited to 900ma. Lubuntu cann't run. You can use DC adapter 2A . Thank you.

Thanks a lot for the replies, folks! I've already ordered a DC adapter and hope to retest it soon.
