Lately my sleep has been pretty all over the place, and I’ve also noticed my anxiety creeping up more often than I’d like. I started doing regular sessions a few weeks ago, mostly to calm my mind after long workdays, but I’m not sure yet what to expect long term. Some nights I fall asleep faster, other nights I’m still restless. For those who stuck with a series of sessions, did you notice any real changes in sleep quality or anxiety levels over time?

In my case, the shift wasn’t instant, but it definitely showed up gradually. I remember reading through Reiki in London and noticing how much emphasis there is on consistency rather than one-off experiences. After about a month of regular sessions, my sleep stopped feeling so broken, and the constant low-level anxiety eased a bit. It didn’t disappear completely, but I felt more balanced overall. The biggest change was waking up feeling less tense, which made a big difference during the day.

A while ago I was chatting with someone in a late-night café, and we somehow ended up talking about how many people struggle to fully switch off anymore. Phones, work messages, noise outside — it all blends together. What stood out was how often people are searching for small rituals or quiet routines just to feel more settled. Even subtle changes can feel meaningful when daily life rarely slows down on its own.
