What is the difference HW decoding? Is it speed or less warming?

CPU is too weak for decoding 1080p (or 4k) movies in HEVC (H.265) codec. It must be decoded by chipset's HW.

I have tried this build on my Orange Pi Plus 2e. It works better now but I still notice some little motion lags when watching 1080p TV channels.

P.S. Besides this, it still loads both CPU for 100% and the temperature rises up to 67C...

Because HW decoding is probably missing. Without HW decoding is it useless.

Releasing anything that does not support hw decoding is actually pointless. Device is useless without hw decoding.

If you still want to release it for testing, please add note it can be used for Kodi gui display only. Not for watching movies

Guys, please realize that:
- HW decoding will never work
- anything not working now will never work

This is because Jernej has decided to stop all OPI development and there is no any other person able to continue his work. Nobody has enough konwledge, sadly.

P.S. please stop posting useless builds without hw decoding. Really.
