Hi All
Can someone let me know if I’m doing something wrong?
I’m trying to connect my Orange Pi to my PC through the OTG and the PC USB but nothing seems to happen!
In Android I’ve ticked the USB debug but still can’t seem to make that connection between the two?
One thing I did notice when I hold down the burn switch and power on my PC see the USB but can’t find a driver for the device!!
I’ve tried lot of drivers from the net but not found anything that works.
Can anyone help?
Grampy

Hi,
can you share source code for the USB mode switch apk ?
We are using orange pi pc for an embedded application where we can not connect it to a monitor and keyboard mouse as the pi is enclosed. However, the usb otg is exposed and hence we can use that to check the app logs to see if everything is working fine. The problem is that the pi doesn't recognize the usb connection with PC until you use the app usbmodeswitch and "check" the "enable usb device mode". I would like to enable this on the boot so that I can use it whenever I connect my PC to pi. I can incorporate the code in my app itself which starts after boot is complete, if I can get the code! So, can you share the code with me? Or, if not, tell me a way to enable this usb device mode on boot.

Ahhh, sorry.
forgot that with the original pi plus android image adb works only via the debug port.
And if you push the "burn" switch that's the FEL mode.

Try Driver Booster from www.iobit.com or try moborobo from www.moborobo.com.

Thanks for your input Sevillano but no luck, tried both programmes but still not installing any drivers.
in device manager it shows it as device unknown yet if I connect a USB mem stick I can read it in Linux!
not sure what to do next!!
