Is there any chance to install moonlight-embedded on openelec? I tried to install this https://githu ...

IIRC someone talk about it but I don't remember what the outcome was. If you want to add your own support I suggest you start to search and read everything you can find. If you really want to learn how to use CedarX, I think the best source of documentation is code located here: https://github.com/tinalinux/pac ... winner/liballwinner

For a thousand time, FAQ explains state of CEC. I will ignore further CEC questions until someone  ...

that is, pi pc and the PC plus uses different drivers for a cec?
I'm just trying to understand, can I have in plus that is not working or badly soldered on the factory?
if the board is almost the same, why one works and the other does not.

PC Plus uses additional ESD protection diode which seems to cause troubles. You can remove it (ESD20) and test if it helps.

I wasn't aware that schematic was released for this board until now.

Then I really don't know what's wrong. Kernel is the same for all boards. Maybe you can check loaded modules with lsmod and make sure that hdmi_cec is listed.

Another thing - can you please send detailed photos (top & bottom) to check for any visual clues?

I checked every important part for CEC and they seems to be connected exactly where they should be. I also measured values on my board and they match schematic. All traces seems to be correct also. So something strange is happening. Unfortunatelly I don't have CEC capable device so I can't really make additional test.

I suggest you measure voltage between GND pad (left of power connector) and 3_3V pad (under 40 pin connector). I'm not sure which value qualifies as good enough, but it should be pretty close to 3.3V. If it is not, please try another power supply.

Anyone,
please report if CEC works for you (even slightly) and on which board.
