Great, thanks. I will take a look. If we find module, there is slight chance that we can load it.

Maybe you can also try with this modules:

edit /storage/.config/lircd.conf   "how do I rename it devinput?? I don't now the code's

You can easily edit file with nano, the same way you created autostart.sh. If the file exists, you will edit it, if not, you will create it.
  1. nano /storage/.config/lircd.conf
Copy code

Great, now I have a baseline code to compare with. With any luck is the same or close to it. libcec or anything else would be harder (mostly because I don't own anything with CEC, but I can try at work)

@jernej:
If you want only extract some data from this Android image use this method

I try this method on linux and this works.

i want firstly to say thanks for all your efford.
i'm using openelec on my orange-pi-pc and i love it.

if you need a server (vps) for building/testing/developing i can share a server (legit of course).

hope this community grows and code will be available soon in mainline kernel  (h3 boards at all) (will aprox. take some month, better than nothing).

Jernej,

I have made the 720p/1080p/2160p script.bins available for all three platforms at the below location.

https://mega.nz/#F!ElR0nQhZ!mB26ftMkOxLO_Grqesb2yw

Also the latest builds(i2c enabled) at:

                    https://mega.nz/#F!YoA2GCzb!bA9JW9HUMmlyAV3nmIIxHQ

Meanwhile could you please incorporate the changes in the attached fex files( Just added a comment to indicate 4K resolutions and enabled one-wire bus-pin15) and also enable I2C_CHARDEV in the config files. One-wire driver is not in the kernel but can be directly imported from the loboris kernel,I think.

Enabling i2c and 1-wire will enable lot of creative modders to unleash their imagination and build beautiful systems. Let's their creative juices be unleashed thru OPi_OpenELEC

@jeevasv:
I think that it is a bad idea to enable i2c and 1-wire by default - essepcialy that OpenELEC it multimedia oriented distribution.
OpenELEC is open source, so you can always enable whatever you want, and build your image.
Everybody has some needs/requirements, but it doesn't mean that everything should be enabled by default.

I almost agree with you, but then I checked configurations for other openelec devices and found out that I2C and 1-Wire are both enabled.
