Hi i just receive my OPI Plus 2 and try this image (Lubuntu_jacer_02.img) and i get the same issues with chromium with the hardware acceleration.
Have you solved this issue?

But i have alittle problem with it. I have a wifi dongle with mtk7601 chip in it. It isnot working with this img. can you include the driver? Can you make a tutorial how to make it work?

I build 15.10 details here all carefully in Russian

I collected Lubuntu 15.10
Firewood under mali (glmark2-es2 works) and hardware acceleration of video is integrated.
Telegram plug-in for pidgin is also established.
Kodi judging by yotube is established acceleration of video works
flash player 19 is built in chromium.
Russian and the Russian locale from a box, the time zone Moscow
Correctly mounts flash card usb from under the user.
The conclusion of a sound works as well as through an exit 3,5 and on hdmi.

The WringPI library is established.
UART are included.
As a graphic environment lxde + the composite manager of kwin_gles are used
