I have installed x2goserver by using the Laboris' script "install_x2goserver", but it does not work.
I have already done this with Lubuntu and it work.
Do anyone install x2goserver?

Hi

I could not get your installation to work with my various installs - but I did get the original to work... but THAT does not have WIFI..

Can you share the bit of your script - where you installed the WIFI components???

Pete.

Hey I'm trying to set this up as a torrent box, but I get a bottleneck when downloading, kswapd0 uses 100% cpu and slows down the downloads from 10 MB/s to a very unstable 2MB/s. I've tried making a swap file, but it doesn't seem to use it at all. Has anyone any idea of what I can do? I'm downloading to an external drive, not the sd card if that matters.

Hey I'm trying to set this up as a torrent box, but I get a bottleneck when downloading, kswapd0 use ...

I found two workarounds for kswapd issue when I was doing research for my OpenELEC build. Both workarounds require compiling the kernel.
1. Lower ION memory size
2. Disable CONFIG_CMA

First option is preferred. If you won't use something like CedarX or libvdpau-sunxi, you can aggressively lower the amount of ION memory, e.g. CONFIG_ION_SUNXI_RESERVE_LIST="32M", otherwise put it to something like 128M or so. Remember, higher the number, higher the chance that kswapd will go to 100%.

Hello,

I just got started with Orange PI Plus2 the wired ethernet does not seem to work.  Wireless network is working. I downloaded the Debian Jessie for OPI-Plus OPI-Plus 2image posted by jacer and replaced the uImage from this archive "script.bin and uImage for OPI-2 OPI-2 MINI.zip". I'm assuming the wired network hardware is the same as OrangePI2. When I check the driver for network card using lshw, it shows "driver=sunxi_geth" but the lights do not turn-on on the eth port. dmesg output:
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready

Also, I see slow video performance while watching 1080p video on youtube. Do we have issues with hw accelation or modules are missing ?
Any pointers is appreciated.
Thanks
JG.
