Hello guys,

I bougth an Orangepi R1 a fews day ago because I need pi which has 2 ethernet ports and
I want to use USB port so, I integrate USB interface in to 13pin function interface on Orangepi R1.
Keyboard and mouse work fine, but the problem is, When I gonna use 3G dongle, I have to use AT commands to authen and connect to internet.
It has to specify a port so, I use command "lsusb" to list the usb device. CLI show 3G dongle on Bus003. For make sure, I use command "ls -l /dev/tty*"
which ttyUSB is activated but, It dose not show any ttyUSBx. Then I am searching the solution to solve but nothing works.

How can I find ttyUSBx in 13pin function interface ?

Best regards,
Sunsern

In general, we don't support 3rd party hardware ...

Perhaps your 3G dongle is not enabled or supported in the kernel. You need to build a kernel on your own or add appropriate drivers. Similar way as wifi drivers https://docs.armbian.com/User-Gu ... d-a-wireless-driver

We provide two different kernels + development version and in such cases, it's best to try them all. If none is working, you need to dig into a kernel if your dongle is supported (build from sources https://docs.armbian.com/Developer-Guide_Build-Preparation/). When you find out which is it we can include it into default kernel.
