Orange Pi PC Plus loads and it fails !!!

Hello
I have an Orange Pi PC Plus I loaded Armbian but when I reboot now the pi loads and it fails !!!

I tried with ubuntu, Android, debian and all bugs !!

Why ???

In fact the raspberry Orange Pi PC Plus mache but the UART port comes out of debugging when the HDMI output is activated the UART port is muted.

How to see the prompt and place a linux command with PuTTY, ....
